Founder
Elizabeth is an attorney turned chef-somm. After law school, in search of an outlet for her creative pursuits, she started SoVino Bistro and Wine Bar in Houston, Texas — a popular locale to see and be seen (and for delicious food and Southern Hemisphere wine). After relocation for a different way of life to the Mountain West, she started SoVino Wine and Beverage Distributors, bringing curated selections to her new home.
